We’re so excited to celebrate your little one’s birthday at Tiny Tiger! See below for details about our party packages. Please note that these details are subject to change as we finalize everything before our grand opening.
**To ensure we have enough time to create the best experience for you, all parties must be booked at least one month in advance. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.**
Party Policy
1. Deposit and Payment:

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival on the day of the party.

Payments can be made via check, Venmo, or Zelle.

All decisions including party details, decorations, food, etc., must be confirmed at least 2 weeks advance to the party date.

Guests agree to pay the remaining balance as specified on the Party Booking Form. The balance cannot be reduced if fewer children or adults attend than expected. If the guest count exceeds what was specified, guests will need to pay for the additional attendees at the rate based on the original package. All remaining balances must be paid before the party begins.
2. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling parties within two weeks prior to the party date will be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.

Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a $100 fee increase for rescheduling

In the event Tiny Tiger cannot host the party, Tiny Tiger reserves the right to cancel the party and will do its best to reschedule as soon as possible (subject to availability).

Parties must start and end within the time slot.
3. Party Room Usage:

The party room is reserved for the contracted start time until the contracted end time.

Late arrivals will not be granted additional party room time.

Since the playground space is still open to the public, any private photographers/videographers may only use their cameras in the party room. No loud music or noise makers.

Clean up must be complete within 30 minutes after the party ends.

Party areas must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved time.

Parties must follow all playground rules and guidelines.
-
Set up time is limited to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Check in must be completed once arrived.
-
Parties cannot exceed max capacity of venue.
-
Signed waiver needs to be completed for all participating children.
-
No pets or service animals are allowed.
-
No vaping or smoking at or 10 ft near the premise.
4. Shoe and Sock Policy:

All guests must remove their shoes before entering the playground. Grip Socks are required and are available for purchase at $3.00 + tax.
5. Guest Count and Pricing:

The birthday child DOES count toward your total guest count.
-
Party package pricing requires a minimum payment for 12 kids, even if the child guest count is less than 12.

If the headcount exceeds 12, additional kids must be paid for at a price depending on the chosen party package. Final guest count needs to be confirmed 2 weeks in advance before the party.

All children must be accompanied by adult.

A guest list is required for all parties.
-
Additional guests beyond the package limit and agreement may incur extra charges.
6. Food and Decorations:

Food is only allowed in the party room.

No alcoholic beverages

Outside food is welcome but must be approved in advance.

No open flames are permitted for heating food.

All decorations need to be stand alone, including backdrops, balloon arches, etc. Cannot be attached to any of our walls, furniture. Otherwise a $300 repair fee will be charged.

No outside piñatas, glitter, confetti, face painting, or balloon twisting is allowed.

No pushing, hitting or pulling on special guest characters.
