General Admission Policies

 

  • Supervision: All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not allowed to enter the play area or any part of the facility without adult supervision.

  • Grip Socks Requirement: For safety and hygiene, all adults and children must wear grip socks in the play areas. If you do not have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the front desk.

  • Wellness Check: If your child or anyone in your party is feeling unwell or showing signs of illness, please refrain from visiting. We prioritize the health and safety of all our guests.

  • Sanitization: Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the facility. We encourage everyone to use them frequently.


Play Area Rules

 

  • Respect for Others: Please ensure that your child plays safely and respectfully with others. Rough play, pushing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • No Outside Food or Drink: To maintain a clean and safe environment, no outside food or drink is allowed in the play areas. We offer a selection of snacks and beverages for purchase.


Parental Responsibilities

 

  • Supervision: Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times. Tiny Tiger Play staff are here to assist but not to provide childcare.

  • Belongings: Tiny Tiger Play is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure.

 

Booking and Reservation Policies

  • Reservations: We recommend booking your visit in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, to ensure availability.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Facility Rules

 

  • No Shoes: All shoes must be removed before entering the play areas. Storage areas are provided for your convenience.

  • Photography: Photography and videography are allowed, but please be respectful of other guests' privacy.

  • Yes, for safety reasons, all guests—both adults and children—must remove their shoes and wear grip socks upon entry. You’re welcome to bring your own, or if needed, grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk for $3. Our non-slip socks are reusable and perfect for future visits!

    We understand that cleanliness is a top concern for parents, so here’s a quick look at how we keep our playground safe:

     

    1. Ongoing Cleaning: Our staff continuously clean and sanitize high-touch areas throughout their shifts.

    2. Weekly Deep Cleaning: Every week, we go beyond the usual by thoroughly cleaning the entire facility, including soaking wooden toys in sanitizer solutions to ensure they are safe for your children to play with. 

    3. Monthly Professional Sanitization: To add an extra layer of protection, we bring in a professional cleaning company every month to perform a full facility sanitization with specialized equipment.

     

    You can feel confident that we’re dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and fun environment for your children.

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the playground. However, we have a designated snack area inside the pyramid, just outside Tiny Tiger, where you can enjoy your food at the open tables and chairs. For birthday parties, approved food may be brought into the party room.
