Party Day: Celebrate & Enjoy!
Our team will handle the setup before you arrive. Upon check-in, pay the remaining balance, then relax and enjoy the celebration while we take care of the rest! 🎉
The room was set up beautifully. We added an extra hour and the kids played every minute. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Place is very clean. Seriously- my kids were melting down when we had to leave they LOVED it! (5 years 2 years).

Yes, but it must be approved in advance.
No, alcohol is not permitted.
No, open flames are not allowed.
Yes, all decorations must be standalone, including backdrops and balloon arches. Nothing can be attached to walls or furniture. A $300 repair fee will apply for any damage.
The party room is reserved from the contracted start time until the contracted end time.

Yes, but they may only take photos or videos inside the party room, not in the main playground area.
Yes, set-up time is limited to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Parties cannot exceed the maximum capacity of the venue. Our party room can fit up to 50 people.
No pets or service animals are allowed.
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
If your party is booked on a weekday, we will apply a 10% discount when you pay the remaining balance on the party date.
Payments can be made via check, Venmo, or Zelle.
All decisions, including decorations, food, and other details, must be confirmed at least two weeks before the party date.
The balance cannot be reduced if fewer children or adults attend than expected.
If the guest count exceeds the specified number, additional attendees must be paid for at the rate based on the original package.
All remaining balances must be paid before the party begins.
Yes, parties can be rescheduled at no charge if requested at least two weeks in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 72 hours of the party date will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.
If Tiny Tiger is unable to host your party, we will do our best to reschedule as soon as possible, subject to availability.
No, late arrivals will not be granted additional party room time.
Yes, the birthday child counts toward the total guest count.
Party packages require a minimum payment for 12 kids, even if fewer attend.
Additional children beyond 12 must be paid for at a rate based on the chosen party package.
The final guest count must be confirmed at least two weeks before the party.
Yes, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes, a guest list is required for all parties.
Yes, additional guests may result in extra charges.
